LeaseKVM Anti-Abuse CenterABUSE CENTER · RFC 2142

Spotted abuse from our space?
Report it — and track it to resolution.

We are an IP address resource provider. For every abuse report against our address space we commit to: acknowledgment within 24 hours and a resolution update within 72 hours. Evidence is used solely for abuse handling — never published or repurposed.

Acknowledged in 24h

Every report immediately becomes a ticket with an auto-receipt to your email. If we miss the window, escalate to our upstream.

Results within 72h

We email you the outcome when handling completes; per our privacy policy, updates never disclose the user's identity.

Evidence kept confidential

Materials are used only for this ticket's abuse handling and required legal cooperation, and are retained for 12 months.

File an abuse report

Fields marked * are required. IP ranges (e.g. 45.192.103.0/24) are accepted too.

Recommended for phishing/copyright reports; email reports are parsed automatically.

Anti-Abuse Policy (AUP summary)

  1. Prohibited conduct: Using our address space for spam, phishing, port scanning, brute-force attacks, DDoS, malware distribution, or infringing content.
  2. Report handling: All reports enter the ticket workflow and the user is notified to remediate within tiered deadlines. The user may appeal, pausing the clock during review — but evidence-backed reports are processed regardless of any appeal.
  3. Escalation: Overdue cases escalate at 48 hours and the related routes are suspended at 72 hours, up to service termination; repeat offenders are barred from future leases.
  4. Privacy: Updates to reporters state the outcome only and never disclose the user's identity; reporter materials are never used for commercial purposes.
  5. Law enforcement: Legal process requests go through support@leasekvm.com with the required statutory paperwork.
